Crescent Roll Breakfast Sandwiches

I bought some Pillsbury crescent rolls the other day, something I never do. I decided to make them for brunch but instead of making them plain, I thought it would be fun to make them into a meal by turning them into a sort of breakfast sandwich. The result was pretty tasty.

Ingredients:
1 package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 rolls)
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (about 5-6 slices worth)
1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice (I used pepper jack)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Lay out the Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough and separate all the pieces so as to create the 8 different dough triangles. Lay out all other ingredients.
3. Evenly distribute all the ingredients to all 8 triangles, placing them in the top corner as seen below. Next, roll up each triangle to create the crescent roll look like it shows on the packaging, etc.
 4. Place rolls on a greased or non-stick baking dish and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until lightly brown on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
