Mac & Cheese Bites

Super Bowl Sunday is one of my most favorite days, probably because it is the second biggest food day. A day where you can eat as much as you want and as "terrible" as possible without any guilt. I have been wanting to make these mac and cheese bites for a long time but never had an excuse until now and seriously there is no better excuse than for Super Bowl. These were delicious and very satisfying. Along with these fabulous bites, I made cake balls and cream cheese Italian pesto dip.

Ingredients:
1 box of Family Size Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese Dinner
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped ham (optional)
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare mini muffin pans by spraying with cooking spray.
2. Prepare the Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese Dinner according to package details. Pour prepared dinner into a large bowl.
3. Add the black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, and Panko breadcrumbs, and ham. Stir to combine well and thoroughly. Be sure everything is incorporated evenly. Lastly stir in the beaten egg to evenly coat the mac and cheese mixture.
4. Place the finished mixture into the prepared mini muffin pans. Bake for 10 minutes at 400.
5. Remove from muffin pans immediately, use a plastic knife to cut around the edges of each muffin if it is not slipping out easily.
6. Eat warm, enjoy!
