Fall Cheese Ball

I made this festive cheese ball for Halloween and it tasted great. It is a Mexican flavored cheese ball that is quite impressive with looks and taste, yet really easy to make. I think this turned out awesome  (even with my mini pepper stem garnish) and it really is great for any festivity during the fall season.

Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, room temp
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp green onion, chopped
3 Tbsp salsa
1 Tbsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cups nacho cheese chips, crumbled
top of 1 bell pepper for stem garnish

Directions:
1. Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, salsa, hot sauce, and cumin until well combined and creamy.
2. Scoop mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, use wrap to form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. When ready to serve, remove cheese ball from fridge and plastic wrap and roll in the crumbled nacho cheese chips until the outside is fully coated in chip crumbles (to make it orange).
4. Place the bell pepper stem on the top and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
