Maple Teriyaki Salmon

I wanted to make teriyaki salmon tonight and I found this interesting recipe using apple juice and maple syrup instead of the normal pineapple juice. It turned out great and tasty.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup apple juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Pour marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Remove salmon from bag and place in a greased baking dish. Pour marinade over the salmon. Bake salmon for 15 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork, basting occasionally. Serve hot, enjoy!
