Stuffed Pizza Rolls

This is a great alternative to regular pizza. It is just as delicious but much cleaner. If your favorite part of pizza is the crust then you will love this recipe, it is lots of yummy and fluffy crust. I made these last week and now after creating this post, it makes me want to make some more. In our family, you can never get enough pizza.

Ingredients:
Yields: 20 rolls
2 batches of pizza dough (recipe found here) or 2 cans of prepared biscuit dough (enough for 20 biscuits)
50-100 pepperoni slices
20 1-inch cubes of cheese (Mozzarella, leftover string cheese works great)
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup of freshly shredded Mozzarella
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 jar of tomato basil marinara

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
2. Separate pizza dough into 20 rolls.
3. Take each roll or biscuit and flatten. Stack 2 pepperoni in the middle, then a cheese cube, topped with 2 more pepperoni. Gather up the edges of the dough and seal, place in the pan, seal side down. Repeat with remaining dough.
4. Brush melted butter over the top of all the rolls.
5. In a small bowl, combine the Mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Sprinkle over top of rolls.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve hot with warm tomato basil marinara for dipping. Enjoy!
