Mini Corn Dogs

 I will never buy frozen corn dogs again, no need. This was such a simple recipe and since it is homemade I can guarantee that the corn bread being used is as healthy as it ought to be. I think they would also work great for mothers who want to make them ahead of time and then stick them in the freezer to warm up on a moments notice.


Ingredients:
1 package of 8 your preferred hot dogs
1 batch of your preferred corn bread, I used Corn Bread A La Megan
mini muffin pan

Directions. 
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare corn bread batter according to the recipe's directions. 
2. Spray the mini muffin pan with baking spray. Fill each cup 3/4ths full of corn bread batter.
3. Cut hot dogs into 4 pieces, place one piece of hot dog into the middle of the corn bread batter in the cup, repeat until each cup is filled. 
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until corn bread is cooked thoroughly. Eat and/or freeze for your enjoyment. Enjoy!
