S'mores Brownies

I found this recipe and I immediately knew I would have to make them. Nothing is better than a bonfire and some s'mores by the fireside. This recipe allows you to enjoy the same flavors but in the comfort of your own home. My girlfriends made them for girls' night and they were just as good as expected.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
9 honey graham cracker squares
1 cup tiny marshmallows

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 11 by 7 inch brownie pan, set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Stir in flour.
3. Spread half the batter in the prepared pan. Top with graham crackers (break apart crackers to evenly top the batter). Sprinkle marshmallows on the graham crackers (being sure to not let them touch the sides of the pan). Carefully spread the remaining brownie batter on the marshmallows and graham crackers (being sure to fully coat the marshmallows).
4. Bake for 25 minutes until fully set. Cool Completely. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
