Shrimp Tacos (not breaded)

We love shrimp in this family and so I made some shrimp tacos. I created this recipe on a whim last night and it turned out wonderfully. I definitely recommend it.

Ingredients:
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped fine
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
corn tortillas

Toppings include:
pico de gallo
cabbage or lettuce
shredded cheese

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, add the lemon juice, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Whisk together to form a consistent sauce. Add cilantro leaves. Mix well.
2. Add shrimp to bowl and mix around so that every shrimp is fully coated with sauce and cilantro. Place bowl in the refrigerator and let it marinate for 20 minutes while you prepare the toppings and tortillas.
3. Heat a skillet to medium-low heat. Spoon out shrimp into the skillet, disposing the leftover marinade. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until shrimp become fully pink and cooked.
4. Serve warm in a tortilla with your favorite taco toppings, Enjoy!
