Whip Cream

Nothing is better than homemade whipped cream. It is so much tastier and so light. If you have the choice, especially for fancier desserts, use homemade whip cream, so worth it.

1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp confectioners' sugar

1. In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form.
2. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat because cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.
3. Serve on top of your favorite hot drink and/or with your favorite fruit and/or sweets. Enjoy!
