This is a delicious and easy appetizer to make with your slow cooker. Although it sounds weird, the chili sauce and grape jelly create a delicious flavor that never fails to impress. This is a party favorite and seriously the easiest to make. Go for it.
Ingredients:
24 oz jar Chili sauce
32 oz jar grape jelly
1 bag frozen meatballs (about 80 in a bag)
Directions:
1. Put Slow Cooker on HIGH. Combine chili sauce and jelly in a slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on HIGH for a half hour until sauce becomes smooth. Meanwhile, take meatballs out of the freezer and set on counter to defrost.
2. After sauce is smooth, add frozen meatballs to slow cooker. Mix meatballs into the sauce and fully coat. Cook on LOW for 3 hours, stirring once every hour. Coat meatballs in sauce.
3. Serve with toothpicks, use toothpicks to serve meatballs right out of the slow cooker. Enjoy!
