Strawberry Jam Pork Chops

Nick made us dinner tonight. He found this interesting recipe online and although he had his doubts when reading the ingredients, his mind was changed after reading the high reviews. After giving it a try, we both agree that this is s a pretty tasty pork chop.

Ingredients:
2 pork chops
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup seedless strawberry jam or jelly
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon

Directions
1. Sprinkle the raw chops with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet on medium heat, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the jam, vinegar and mustard. Cover and microwave on high for 20-25 seconds or until heated through. Serve over pork chops. Enjoy!
