My co-worker Candace was talking about how she made ground beef tacos the other night and it inspired me because I haven't made ground beef tacos for a super long time, and so here we are. So good and great for leftovers all week.
1 tbsp oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 bundle of cilantro leaves, chopped
2 lbs lean ground beef
garlic salt and chili pepper to taste1/4 cup salsa of your choice
6 corn tortillas, cooked
Optional topping choices:
red onions, chopped
Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
salsa of your liking
1. Heat up the oil in a large saute pan to medium-low heat. Add the onions and cilantro and saute for 5-10 minutes until onions are tender.
