Oreo Chocolate Cream Pie

 I really wanted to make something with a chocolate crust and pudding. I stumbled upon this recipe and it was perfect because I had all the ingredients I needed. Instead of oreos, I used a combination of mini oreos and chocolate teddy grahams. This was a perfect treat for the summer and very easy to make. 


32 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided or 1 1/2 cups chocolate teddy grahams
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

1. Finely crush 24 of the cookies (about 1 cup); mix with butter. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
2. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick.)
3. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding into the crust.
4. Gently stir 1/2 of the whipped topping into remaining pudding then spread over pudding layer in crust.
5. Chop remaining cookies; stir into remaining whipped topping and then spread over pie.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Enjoy!!!!!
