Hummus is easy to make and it is a great snack food. It can be used as a dip or as a condiment. You can alter it to your liking and you can add any extra ingredients to make it a custom flavored hummus. I received this recipe from my friend Danielle, it is a basic recipe and very delicious.
1 can garbanzo beans (save the liquid it comes in and use it to make hummus the right consistency) 
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon juiced (about 1/4 cup)
2 tbsp Tahini sauce
2 tbsp olive oil 
salt and pepper to taste

1. Grab your food processing device, like a a blender or a magic bullet.
2. Add all the ingredients and combine on High until everything is well blended. 
3. You can adjust flavors to fit your liking by adding more or less of any of the ingredients. Use the garbanzo bean water to change the consistency. 
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
